Our journey began months ago as he patiently explained every step of the home buying process from before pre-approval to settlement and beyond.  At one point during the home searching process my girlfriend and I were unable to view a property of interest related to our schedules. So Jared videoed a detailed walk through of the home so we had an opportunity view it and bid on it before it was off the market.  His recommendations were always accurate and based from a wealth of knowledge. Other realtors told us that we wouldn't get above and would be lucky to get $150,000 for our home on 3+ acres in southern York County...... Jared sold our home for....$205,000! $55,000 MORE than multiple other agents thought it would sell for. He wasn't in it for sell low, quick turn around profit, he was in it to make us as much as possible. That alone speaks to his ability as an agent and his character.
